LF Tentacruel, Whiscash, & Poliwag HA's for Water gym leader challenge

For my Sun/Moon playthrough, I intend on doing the gym leader challenge - Water. I am currently looking for 3 Hidden Abilities on water types:

Rain dish Tentacruel
Hydration Whiscash
Drizzle Politoad (shocker)

I have X, not ORAS, so no DexNav. Since I'm not going to buy ORAS at this point, trades are the only way I currently have to get the hidden abilities on the 1st 2. I am gathering water friend codes (many from this forum) to get the poliwag.
FT, I have misc legendaries/uniques, all starters (HAs for 75%), a box worth of HA miscellany.
