Pokemon Duel?

Has anyone played Pokemon Duel on iOS or Android yet? It's an interesting game. Not my favorite, but definitely different. Essentially the goal is to reach the opponent's side of a game board using your Pokemon figures. It's basically almost like a chess/Pokemon mix. Definitely worth the Free download to check out, but I don't know if I would ever pay for the in-app purchases.

Have you played it yet? Thoughts?

I'm still spending all of my time on Pokemon Go so haven't played Duel yet :p. Once I get my Togetic (~21km left to walk) I'll have completed the Pokemon Go pokedex (excluding the overseas Pokemon) and will give it a shot. I don't know anything about it really so looking forward to it :)
