The only way to obtain and Azure Flute is through hacking the game
the azure flute is a key item - you can't let your pokemon hold it
i could hack one but i would need ur game!
Or if you condone in the narrowly accepted convention of "action replay" -- an action that I neither commit nor tolerate -- you could certainly find the appropriate code that unlocks an azure flute.
I could get it. Through Black though. You're using 4th Generation though. Shorry
Azure Flute is a beta item, as has been said, and is not legally obtainable in generation 4 games. Arceus therefore can only legally be obtained through a special event. Curiously, there is a fully legal built-in routine for obtaining Arceus after getting the Azure Flute, which is not legally obtainable.
