How do you get a choice scarf in White 2?

I want my heatran to hold one but I don't know where it is.:confused:

i think u can get them on battle sub but u need 48 bp

i have one if ya want it to win it simply beat me in a battle flat or no restrictions as long as theres no full on legends
side legends are allowed
