There really isn;t a way I'm aware of to obtain them all without trading.
You can, but you would need to either find other people who have the opposite games in the generation 4 series, such as HG/SS D/P/and Platinum to trade with in person, or, get a second DS and buy all those games yourself and trade with yourself to do it.
