Gardevoir and its pre-volutions.

I'm playing Soul Silver, held in the Johto-Kanto Regions. The only way to get Ralts is to find it during a swarm. But Raltz swarms are very rare, even rarer than finding Entai. I found Entai twice... but zero Raltz swarms... Anyone need a legendary bird Pokémon? I'll trade for it.

Try going to McDonald's, if there's on near you. They have free Wifi... that's how I trade and battle.
