i would say 5 generation against skyla when traquill evolved
I have 2 the first being in the 3rd generation against Juan where Pikachu pulled Milotic under the water and used thunder and in the 1st series against Lt. Surge when Pikachu refused to evolve and managed to beat Surge's Raichu using his speed.
