I was first playing a fire red hack rom (which is Pokemon Ultra Violet) and I did not activate any cheats. I was planning to get to my hometown, when suddenly a wild SHINY rattata started to appear. It was so golden and I did not have any pokeball. Why Arceus! Why!!!!! :mad::( :'(
