I just think it would be best to stay with one type of those because it can dictate what type of moves and position of the pokemon
I always try to keep one thing in common with the pokemon like what their best stat is or their type
it just gives me an idea of type of trainer you are and your strategy
well first of all i would choose a type of team from my former post before choosing pokemon.
also do you want to use that team for wifi battles, and if so what type of battle would you use it for?

if you are going to evolve larvitar to tyranitar i would not use sandile because you will have to dark type pokemon and if you go up against a strong bug type and charmeleon is unavialibe it will hit...
oshawott because his fully evolved form can learn megahorn which is super effective to grass and his evolved form looks the best
