Breeding shiny Pokémon doesn't do anything.

It actually will not benefit you whatsoever to have a parent Pokemon be in shiny form, in hopes of producing an offspring in shiny form.
The only way to alter this, is by means of the Masuda Method, and shiny charm. That's it.
