I mean it has high attack and a sold defence its just really slow but i can be fixed with its DW ability swift swim is the only thing keeping it down a shallow movepool? Even if blizzard is sp.attck it can be useful and ice beam and if u want a attack mve u can use Icicle Crash it can also learn Superpower stone edge aqua jet and taunt WHY IS THIS DECENT POKEMON IN NU I mean why not borderline or something

Drizzle + Swift Swim is banned, and someone had a Beartic before in OU & I trolled the hell out of it...

Well both of Beartic's abilities require a weather team. Snow Cloak works on a Hail team and Swift Swim for a Rain team. Due to the evasion clause, Beartic can't abuse Snow Cloak, and with Drizzle + Swift Swim banned, it is hard to create a Rain team in which it can be used. So reason 1 is that it can't abuse it's abilities; by Smogon's standards, Sniper is a better ability (it can occasionally be good I suppose..).
Beartic's stats also aren't that good; it's similar to Banette. High Attack, but no other good stats. It's best hope is Bulk Up 2-3 times and then attempting to tank through a few Pokemon, but this leaves the chance of a special sweeper eliminating it upon replacing a fainted Pokemon. And in OU, I'll be damned if a Beartic actually does well... as Deadpool said he trolled it, it can be taken out really quickly. Have you seen the stats of the OU Pokemon? It's ridiculous! Beartic's attack is okay, and some may argue that it's defenses are "usable", but it virtually can't sweep, tank, or wall in OU, leaving it nothing. I personally think it could make it in RU, but it does well in NU. I think it's a good place for Beartic... Maybe if Smogon didn't have such stupid rules, it would be in RU but I can't see him go any high than that.
