Okay, so I got a Conkeldur from a trade with pokerus, I spread it to the other ones in my party, but now it wont spread to any of my other ones. How do I get that to change? I lost my macho brace so I kinda need this to transfer to my other ones.

Pokerus spreads to other pokemon in your party after a few battles. The exact amount in my experience isn't a set number, but it's usually around 2-6 battles until it starts to spread. However, if you have your pokemon with pokerus in your party past midnight (in your ds) then they will be left with a purple smiley in the same place where the pokerus was. What this means is that it no longer benefits from pokerus and also cannot spread pokerus anymore. To prevent this, simply place your pokemon in storage before your ds reaches midnight i.e. 12:00am

that is not true. the smiley just means it no longer spreads. The pokemon with the smiley still benefits from the pokerus
