I agree with quite a few of the games/series already listed, but where's the love for Metal Gear? From NES to PS3, it's been a great series. Oh, except for snake's revenge. That one was crap.

Right here, man. Loved MGS. The third was was heartrending.

Other than Metal Gear... I really like Super Smash Bros. and really... any Mario game, really.

Personally i like most of the games staded on the forum,but one of my favorite series of games are legend of zelda,mario,animal crossing, and of course pokemon! i also engoy most of valves games like team fortress 2.

I really really like Persona 3 and Persona 4, rpgs where you play a Japanese high school students. You make friends around town and fight "shadows" at night. If you play 3, get the FES, which is like an updated version.

Um... I started off on all those horse training, cooking games, then I went onto animal crossing. (I never play those now) then I went onto super Mario. (I sometimes play Mario kart Wii) and finally, Pokémon.

All of the games under The Sims franchise. I have been playing The Sims before and longer than any other game.
After that - considering the overall game performance and how much I enjoyed it - I would have to say Assasin's Creed for me is next, plus all the games that are in that franchise.
