Here is one: The Mysterious Black Boat in Castelia City.
What could it be? How do we go in it? Is it an upcoming Event?

About the going on the other version of Pokemon.
In Opelucid city, where this guy needs a pokemon that knows charge to let him go to the other version. I was wondering about that...

The black boat is actually assumed to be the boat that Team Plasma uses to reach Liberty Island (from the Victini Event sub'quest').
If you look carefully at the overhead map of Castelia city, it's in the shape of a hand. Each boat dock represents a finger.
The pier closest to SkyArrow Bridge is the thumb (the man who gives you an evolutionary stone mentions the "thumbs up")
The pier with the Royal Unova Cruisliner is the index finger.
The pier with the black boat is the middle finger (the boat belongs to an evil corporation and the middle finger is considered vulgar)
The pier that takes you to the United Tower is the ring finger (the finger associated with wedding rings or unity rings)
The pier that takes you to Liberty Island is the pinky!
