Banjirou - Alder's Grandson. (located in Black Skyscraper or White tree hollow) He can be re-battled.

Banjirou is a lot more tough then Cynthia and Alder!!

Corless(that professor guy)- located in Plasma frigate. he can be re-battled.

The Shadow Triad (!!) located in Icirrus City. They can be re-battled.
They all have two Bisharps each. However one has an Absol, another has an Accelgor and the other has a Banette.

The Pokemon teams for the League trainers that you posted are only if BW is played on Normal mode. If the game is set on Challenge mode the teams are slightly altered. If the game is set on Assist mode, the teams average level is lowered.
