It'll always be mewtwo. In the first movie, mewtwo was such a multidimensional character. His pseudoantagonism and philosophically naive take on the existence of life drew forth a strong pang for acceptance.

Mewtwo for me. I love the way he grew as a character almost like a human from the start of the First movie to the end of the Special Mewtwo Returns. Plus he had an awesome voice.
