Replace Gliscor with a grass type and Bronzong with a electric type. Teach your Charizard Fly instead of Sunny Day. (And let Charizard hold a Wide Lens if you have it. A Wide Lens boosts accuracy)
Vaporeon has 2 weaknesses: Grass and Electric. If the oppenent's a Grass type, you can simply take him out with Ice Beam, wich is super effective. But if the opponent's a Electric type, then you're stuck. The only ground type Vaporeon can learn is Dig.
So teach it to him instead of Acid Armor or Rain Dance.

Fly really isn't the best move because you can get attacked by rock slide. If theres any better flying attacks teach it to him.
