I have a 4th generation female eevee.
What level are you generally seeking?

There's an easy way to get a female EEVEE try breeding for it. Try at least seven times until you'll eventually get it. It happened to me when I tried it on platinium.
In fact I have a Glaceon, Vaporeon and Espeon (All three female) in platinium.
