Who to kick/add in master team? ~Sparky

Okay, I have a full-team and they're pretty awesome.

Ninetales - lv80
Ember, SolarBeam, Dark Pulse, Will-o-Wisp

Walrein - lv 80
Surf, Rest, Blizzard, Ice fang

Purugly - lv 74
Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Body Slam, Slash

Alakazam - lv 80
Psychic, Focus Blast, Charge Beam(for raising Sp. Atk. Don't judge me. ;-, Trick

Gengar - lv 70
Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse

Lucario - lv 65 (NOT DONE YET. ;-
Sky Uppercut(beast egg move),ExtremeSpeed, Aura Sphere, Swords Dance

Okay that's my team,
but I'm thinking of doing some replacements, please help! ;-;

Replace Alakazam with Metagross. Trust me that's smart. Metagross is the strongest non-legendary psychic Pokémon. Imma psychic fan myself and I have battled with many many psychic Pokémon, but Metagross will always stay the best.

LOL Wouldn't you say Espeon was? Lol jk, I know what you mean. But its so slow....and hard to train

Lol Espeon is very very very good also, but it's easy to defeat you know. Espeon is a cat, Metagross is a metal monster XD If I need to face a Pokémon like Metagross for real, I would run away lol.
It's indeed slow, I agree. That's why you need to teach him Trick Room. Mine's pretty fast though. It has a speed of 220.
Alakazam is a lil' bit faster, but still.

Dusknoir - Too weak to Dark Moves
Moltres - Weak against a lot of types, can be fast though.
Arcanine - Fast, water doesn't damage it as bad as rock or ground.
Flygon - Good, except against Ice and other Dragons.
Ludicolo - slow, however not damaged by fire or ice, Bonus!
Magmortar - Fast, 1 water attack = ohko
