@deja. My Ledyba randomly caught the virus one day while training. After that you keep the virus safe by spreading it to a few Pokemon you know you'll never use and keep them in the box. The trick is just to keep them in the box before midnight hits then take them back out after if you need to use the pokemon to spread the virus to another Pokemon. I guess it's a bit complex but once you understand it it's all good.

@torchik pokerus is a virus caught ingame randomly that doubles any EV gained in battle.
