im afraid i dont have many pokemon lower than lv 16 but i have a darumaka if your intrested he is fight at the max level at level 15 i also have a keldeo but he is lvel 25 so i dont think you would want him even if he is good all i think is good upthere would be a shiny latias or even regular latias darumaka is not the only one i have under lv 15 i just got my pokemon black after loosing my pokemon white so i dont have that good pokemon
