If you are wondering how I achieve such perfect form (IVs, Egg Moves, etc.), it's through cross-breeding, which is when you get all the egg moves and preferred IV's onto the male that will breed with the Pokemon you want a shiny form of. I figured I'd explain a little bit to prove my legitimacy.
