If the gif is too big for an avatar, use this free gif resizer o set it to the appropriate size :3 (Once you upload the gif on that site, click ok and the gif should appear. Then go to the top left corner where it says edit, and click "size/crop" and click "resize". Two boxes shoul appear below your gif. Type 80 by 80 or less if you need to. Make sure the box that says "Constrain Proportions" is NOT checked.) Save the image, and upload it as your avatar on pokebay :3
