Does anyone here know where i can make decent quality gifs? I tried gif ninja but they come out really bad and a little laggy. It can be on or offline just as longs as it's free. It also needs to be able to make them from videos.

You might want to try picasion.com. I'm not a professional at gif making, but I've made one or two using that one. :3
