In the past I've tried to host PokeBay World Championships, and I've had barely any success.
So this time around, I'm changing the rules from previous times.
Anyone can join, but unlike previous years, there is no longer the rule of '1 Member from each country'.

Rules:
1. No hacks, PokeGen, or Clones are allowed.
2. Players may not use Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, or Genesect in the tournament.
3. Players may use Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Raikou, Suicune, Entei, Latios, Latias, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus.
4. Tournaments are Double Battles, Flat (Level 50's) and no Wonder Launcher.
5. Signups are served on a first come, first served basis.
6. The winner will win a Pokemon of their choice, and the title of PokeBay World Champion!
