I'm not using pokecheck but there's an instruction at the home page http://www.pokecheck.org/ if you really want to use it.
You could also just post level, OT, ID, stats, ribbons, ball and all that stuff here and I can try finding it out for you.

Apparently arrived at level 100.

(In case your wondering, I got it yesterday at level 100. I don't know much about stats.)

Stats and moves are possible to have, so it looks legit. This was probably transferred from FR/LG to D/P/P and from that to 5th gen (if it is legit). I'm not 100% sure about the transfer phrases though.
I think this is probably legit but you should wait until DejaVu can tell you more

It can't because of the "after a long travel through time". Only transferred pokemon from gen 3 have this text. But yeah it's either legit or a very well made hack. That's all I can tell by now.

It is legit. It's stats and moves were possible. If it was hacked, the hacker would have not included a ribbon of any kind, since that usually indicates a hack, would not have given it a Gentle nature (without a doubt), and would not have gone though all the trouble of making it seem like it went from FR to Diamond to Black/White when they could've simply made it come from HG/SS. They'd also have left it shiny, and it's EVs are not placed strategically at all, which they would have done in the hacking process.

Yay! That's good! It didn't seem hacked, but I just wanted to make sure. If anyone has other arguments, I'm open to hearing them. :-)
