Meteorology is very competitive and not easy to get a degree in. I tried to do it and get a degree for it, but decided I didn't want to. But if you really want to, go for it!

Trust me, all the bullying and such, you may see more in high school, but after that- it gets easier. In real life, people don't care about what you like, or how you do something. If you like Pokemon, no one makes fun of you. If you're bad at basketball, people aren't mean about it. Middle school and high schoolers are just cruel people, but don't ever let them get to you, because a lot of times they're the ones who have awful jobs and aren't happy in life. I know, I've seen it. Just be yourself and don't worry about your other classmates...because they're not going to matter in a couple years. Like I said- be yourself.you are, after all, the best at it. Nobody else can be it for you

But I think french is more important because more people speak it. Definitely not wrong if you learn it.
