Hacked Skitty?

I just got this skitty from GTS and Im not sure if its hacked or not. How do I find out?

Post information about it here and we might be able to help. (which ball, nature, level, stats and so on)
But I really can't understand why someone would hack a skitty xD
If you want a legit one I can breed one for you btw.

I thought that if the stats of it were really low then its hacked.

no, its actually quite the opposite. if the pokemons stats are to high ( completly ev'd unlegitly) then its most likly hacked. but not many people would hack in-game pokemon with normal stats and for it to be un-shiny. so its seems legitimate

I think Skitty is easily accessible and not worth hacking just for a GTS trade, but try Pokecheck it always tells you

I'm pretty sure nobody would be that desperate for a skitty they hack one XD. But a possible reason might be for Awesome IV and EV stats or maybe even a shiny.....
