Gogoat pre-evolution?

Could it possibly be a Gogoat pre-evolution? It looks very similar....

What do you guys think?

It looks like a pre-evo of Gogoat to me. As we saw in the trailer Gogoat is much bigger, so it's not it. But the color scheme and design look exactly like the design of Gogoat, so it would really surprise me if that is something else. If that turns out to be a flower... lol
