Of course I use a program for it - I use Paint Tool SAI (and Wacom Tablet, but it isn't a program - it is a tablet).

Oh okay, thx for telling me. I was asking because I have Colors 3d which is a small but nice painting app. I'm still messing around with it lol. The pictures and the art style you can get look very similar to yours.
