Groudon needed from SS to catch Rayquaza...please help?

I wonder if anyone can help?

i'm playing Heartgold and want to catch Rayquaza but need a Groudon caught in Soul Silver to trade so i can get the jade orb.

Can anyone trade or loan me their Groudon to do this?
