i need to learn to train fast

hi its me again asking for help i did to learn how to train a lv 40 somethin pokemon to lv 90-100 in two days in guess my brother did it wif 6 pokemon in 1 day i told him to help or teach me but he was being a big butt [sorry for that ]
does anyone have any ideas

In BW2 you can level up with a Dojo in Join Avenue. Other than that, there are breeders in the sport stadiums who give you a rare candy after you defeat them. Thankfully you can have as many rematches with them as you want, so simply leave the stadium and enter again.
This should give you lots of rare candies. Make sure to save before you enter the stadium first because once you've entered it and no breeder is there, you have to wait a whole day.
Also you could grind by battling Audinos/The Elite 4.

Then Audino and E4 grinding with lucky egg are your best options I guess.
