I have a friend who wants to do Masuda Method breeding to get his favorite pokemon and also his favorite shiny - Milotic. I need the foreign Ditto to be legit and in a 4th gen. game. If somebody picks up on this offer, I will trade that person 22 completely legitimate shinies to their 5th gen. game. I give you my word as a collector and trader that all of them are 100% legit. You will get these shinies: Haxorus, Dratini, Gible, Gabite, Articuno, Infernape, Darmanitan, Pichu, Karrablast, Ambipom, Rayquaza, Stoutland, Raichu, Delibird, Beautifly, Unfezant (male), Magikarp, Clefairy, Togepi, Golem, Archeops, and Excadrill. I know this seems way too good to be true. But it is. This is my shiny collection that I have built over a year, but I do not want them anymore.

Define 'Foreign'. Does your friend require one from Japan or maybe one from me in New Zealand?

I know Japan is the most common foreign Ditto, but I also know that there are others that would work. Some people say that if the language is different, then the Ditto will work for Masuda Method breeding. I'm not entirely sure though if a Ditto from New Zealand would work.

If someone could grab one off of the GTS that would be nice. It's just that my 3Ds settings won't let me get on the GTS in any of my 4th gen. games.

If you can change your router settings in your computer to go unsecured, you can access from 3DS. That's what I had to do. It's silly. Anyway, just log into your router, keep the page open, unsecure it, do your thing on WiFi, resecure it, done. Depending on your brand of router, just look up the default settings on Google. You should just be able to log in with an Admin/Password combo.
