Imho, Shiny Scizor is just ugly. Red is its perfect color, green will just make it an ugly Cell. On the other hand, Shiny Heatran is pretty cool, even if it doesn't change so much, but its red is more vibrant. Moreover, Shiny Heatran is much more rare, since it can't be bred and is available just once in each BW/2 game... Your choice, if u really need a Shiny Scizor and don't want to breed and train it, then just do it. I wouldn't trade btw, just my opinion...
