Looking for a level 60 Ice Pokemon'

Happy First Post!

Hey everyone, I just got back into playing Pokemon a few days ago (and yes, I'm 27; its been over 12 years since I last played a Pokemon game).

Anyway, I have a decent lineup, but I cant get past the Champion Lance. I know I need an ice type character, but my Gyarados (level 40) goes down instantly from a thunderbolt. Unfortunately, he is the only ice chracter I have. Would anyone be willing to help me out!?

I could lend you my Gyrados, it's level 55 I think. It survived against Lance the second time through, when he had a level 75 Dragonite. So if you'd trade him back to me once you're done, I'd be alright with lending him to you.
