Awesome EV Trainers Wanted

I'm making a Pokemon team but im rubbish at EV training
and i was wondering if someone people would help train some of my pokes
i will be willing to give shinys , items , legendarys or event pokemon for your help

heres a list of what id like EV trained and evolved

charmander

if you choose to train more than one pokemon for me ill give you a better or bigger reward
