I'm looking for a shiny untrained Riolu with near perfect Attack IV's. I have a legit shiny Kyogre Lv100, shiny Palkia LV100, and gamestop event Palkia. The none event pokemon have near perfect IV's but I'm not sure about the event Palkia(too lazy to find out lol). I'd prefer it to be shiny but knowing how specific the request is I'm willing to consider a normal Riolu. PM if interested
