I got Shuppets from a Friend Safari
Since they are already at lvl 30, you should have a Banette in 7 lvls
How many do you want? :P

Ps, the Mage Stone can be located on route 22 in a cave near the water (you'll need waterfall though)

for anyone else who visits this thread wondering where they can get their own banette (just in case) you can get them by searching the rubbish bins inside the pokemon village (well i found one there at least)
