I have no idea X3 I don't check. And i aint got a clue how do figure it out. I don't do that kind of thing.

ahhh, just talk to the guy in Kiloude pokemon centre, press on the pokemon you want to check and he'll tell you what the IVs are.
How to tell if they are perfect:

he'll at first say something about potential, that doesn't matter. He'll then list out some stats, for example HP, Attack, Speed.
If he says 'These stats are great... They simply can't be beat!', then the stats he listed are all perfect. If he says something different, then nothing is perfect lol.
