National Dex Help

Hello guys! So far everyone has been awesome at helping me acquire pokemon to complete my national dex, and I plan on holding a giveaway for a few days after I complete my national dex of some of the harder to find pokemon.
The only legendary I am missing a pokedex entry for is Palkia. I would love to either trade another legendary for it, or even trade on a non-permanent basis with one of my legendaries as collateral to trade and trade back. Thanks in advance for any help!

On the other hand I am on my way to acquiring these pokemon and while I can attain them on my own, I wouldn't refuse any help to speed up the process!
