Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition. A Pokemon Crossover what?

As many of you have heard, The Pokemon Company and Koei are teaming up to combine two franchises. The result of which--Pokemon+Nobunaga no Yabo--is being released this spring.

At first, I thought that a crossover game would taint the franchise and blasphemize the series. After living with the thought for a few weeks, I now believe that it's a new, fresh approach to attracting more fans to the series. Although it is a spin off game, it looks very promising!

What are your thoughts?

You never know, Mewtwo could've time travelled :P Then again, it is a spinoff game, and the only spinoff game that ties in with Main Series canon is Ranger :P
