you can only trade a ribbon pokemon with someone in wfc. ribbon pkmn cant be traded on GTS. thats all.

You can trade it in the WiFi Room, but not the GTS or GTS Negotiations.

There is no way of removing a ribbon. But you can trade with anyone you swapped FCs with!
