I am looking for heart scales, I wont be trading legendaries for them obviously but I can trade any starter (No Gen V) for each one, or make an offer. I will trade some mega stones for large amounts.

It's easy to get them yourself. Put a poke with suction cups in the first slot of your team (good one is inkay) and use the old rod on any body of water. 100% of the time you will get a bite (if you have a suction cup poke as your lead) and it will always be a luvdisc. Then just have a poke use thief on the luvdisc (again, use inkay) because luvdisc carries a heart scale 50% of the time. It takes no time at all

Also, if you teach a pokemon the tm moves thief or covet, it's really easy to get a whole bunch of them in just a few minutes. This is how I've been doing so since I taught my Mime thief

Or, you can go on the Pokemon Global Link website http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/ And buy Heart Scales fast with Pokemiles. I only did this option because I'm lazy, though

Um I tried to create an account on that website but it wont let me select a year so my only choice is I was either born in 2014 or 2013... I really don't even get why those are options but anyways do you know how to fix this?
And thanks for the Inkay thing, I am going to try that too.
