Building Last slot in Pokemon team

So, I'm trying to finish building a good pokemon team and it all comes down to the last slot. I'm having lots of trouble deciding to use Rayquaza or White Kyurem. They're both good in overall stats, but which one would be do better in battle? Any feedback is great

Rayquaza: Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Dragon Pulse, V-create

White Kyurem (has lum berry): Outrage, Ice beam, Focus Blast, Fusion Flare

It kills me to say this because I didn't really like Gen V but loved Gen III, but as long as you keep to mainly special attacks, White Kyurem has Rayquaza beat in every way.

Haha yeah..Especially since Pokemon Emerald, I really loved having Rayquaza on my team. And although I love the design on White Kyurem it was really hard to decide to be honest But thanks, I really needed to hear some info from others, not just myself.

Haha thanks for the input nonetheless It can get hard to decide cuz I just really love dragon types, legendary or non-legendary ones. Kyurem is my fave so yeah
