no, you only have 5 pokemon and mega lucario is uber, not to mention the good ivs you do have are on the wrong stat, and you have lack of IVs

-Megazard X: You can get by with that, I'd swap outrage for dragon claw though

-Lucario: I say pass on it. He needs his speed to be as high as it can to out speed and kill almost anything plus his IVs are ok at best. Also, you only want to have 1 mega on your team otherwise one poke will have a useless item each battle.

-Sylveon: Some good moves are moonblast, draining kiss, quick attack, toxic, substitute, protect, shadow ball, light screen, reflect

-Aegislash: To compliment his nature, replace swords dance with shadow ball and go 252 hp/ 6 att/ 252 special att

-Greninja: Greninja is really only worth using if he has protean as an abilty but if you're dead set on using him, that set is decent

Some other good pokes you can choose from are: gengar, trevanent, tyranitar, talonflame, rotom, klefki, blissey, infernape, or azumarill to name a few. There are plenty more though

Which one is better, Megazard X or Mega Lucario?

If you're choosing from your two shinies, megazard x is the better one. But overall, mega lucario is better

I prefer Mega-Lucario to Charizard-X (And don't listen to people who discourage you from using 'ubers' unless you CHOOSE to go by Smogon, otherwise, it's entirely up to you on what pokes to use)
