Pokemon TCG - Meloetta Card

Hi everyone, i was just wondering about one of my card's descriptions, as im not 100% sure what it means.

My Meloetta Card knows 2 moves, Psychic(10+) and Echoed Voice(50), which is the move im confused about.

The description of Echoed Voice is as follows: During your next turn, this Pokemon's Echoed Voice attack does 50 more damage(before applying weakness and resistance.).

What im unsure about is this:

Does it mean:

1) This attack does 50 damage first turn, then 100 second turn, but limits at 100?

Or

2) This attack does 50 first turn, 100 second, then 150 third, etc.

If you can help me with this problem i would be very grateful.

It limits at 100 and stays at 100 for every consecutive turn until you do something else at which point it resets at 50
