The name puts you down a lot, and I like how you make the good priority and the never misses, but I would nerf the power to 60, I think 65 is a bit high.

I would give that a 9/10, it's a pretty good move, although i would still pick Moonblast over it, and it's basically a Fairy Iron Tail with bonus confusion.

Dust Storm Rating: 9/10 , it's a very nice move, but is not overpowered by having 80% accuracy(Which is a good thing)
