I've been a long-time fan of Pokemon but have only recently been able to purchase a DS, As such, my first game is X, which I loved, and as a result, I purchased Black 2.
I'm a collecting type - I have a huge collection of Pokemon cards as a kid, which I stupidly left at the lunch table, resulting in me losing what now would be a few hundred dollars of cards (almost all Shining Pokemon, lots of ex, all in great shape).
I'm hoping to eventually complete the Pokedex, so I'm looking for Event Pokemon above all else. If anyone has advice on how to get Pokemon that people want (not using generators/hacks/etc), that would be great.

hope you have a wonderful time! Using the trade station here or looking through the forums would be the best bet to find pokemon
