His shiny Mew is english so its hacked.Only Mew from Old Sea Map event can be shiny which its japanese.
And Yoda how could you not know it was hacked? I already told you in PM.I gave you a choice to pick a shiny english Mew which is definitely hacked or the legit japanese old sea map shiny Mew.But since you've picked the hacked one so I just let you have it instead of the legit one.
