I used Homepass (basically turned my Mac into a StreetPass relay station) to get mine. I live in the middle of nowhere and couldn't get to Melbourne for our distribution.

Not sure if Canada can get it. But if you are lucky, somebody with Streetpass and the Eon Ticket will walk by you and you will obtain it like that. Good luck!

Google HomePass. There's sobe explanations on how to do it. Isn't easy but it's out there to research.

I used this thread on reddit which linked to this guide.

As Gary said it is a bit complicated but when it works it's great. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get it working on my Windows Laptop but plenty of others have so it's probably something I was doing wrong. It did work on my iMac though.
